About Art Z
An idea is Born
ART Z is an art studio for kids and adults ages 5 and up, Hi My name is Neelu Kharbanda and I am the owner and art instructor at ART Z, I live in Trophy Club with my two girls and absolutely love the community. Art is my passion and I feel that art has the ability to enhance the way we think and function. Along with improving your motor skills, relaxation and creativity, making art also improves your problem solving skills. There is no manual for being an artist, you make your own style and path and that’s what makes you, YOU!!
My first art teacher was my mom, who is an excellent oil painter. I admired her paintings and wish I could paint like her some day. I did my certification in art at Kalakendra, Dehradun, India. I completed my bachelors degree in Economics and currently doing my Master’s in Business Administration from University of Phoenix. I opened my studio, ART Z, in the year 2012. I LOVE kids and I LOVE art and this gave me a perfect balance of both and I couldn’t be happier. I love sharing my knowledge with my little artists and watching them grow their skills

Absolutely! Call or email to schedule your free trial class.
My child is 9 years old. Is my child too old for your classes?
Absolutely not. In fact, we just started a new class called “Modern Artists”, which is for older kids, aged 7-10. And many of our specialty classes and workshops are appropriate for older kids.
Are your birthday parties age appropriate? Are they good for boys as well as girls?
We customize your birthday celebration to suit the needs of your age group, whether your little one is turning 2 or 12, we are sure they will have a fabulous time. Boys love art as much as girls do (think Picasso, Monet, Van Gogh…).
